If you are interested in becoming a volunteer deputy registrar so you can register people to vote, classes are held on the third Tuesday of each month.

You may also submit our online deputy registrar request form. Once submitted, a member of the elections staff will contact you about reserving your seat for training.
Deputized in another county?
For those who have been deputized in another county, please call Kathy Schuetze at (979) 361-5773 to schedule an appointment to be deputized in Brazos County. No appointments will be scheduled daily after 3 p.m.
- What to bring with you: You must provide the Certificate of Appointment from the other county and a photo ID.
