Each person who is willing to work as a Judge, Alternate Judge, Election Clerk or Bilingual Election Clerk must attend a mandatory training class. This is a 2 hour class and is usually held the week before the election at the Brazos Center.
Time Commitment Election Day:The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You will need to get to your polling place early enough to set up and stay late enough to take everything down.
Rate of Pay:Training class: $12.00/hour
Election Day: $12.00/hour
